Refund policy

We want you to love your Momentic experience. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.
